About the wine
The vines are on average 20 years old. The yield per hectare is 42 hl. The grapes are harvested very early in the morning so that the grapes are processed while still cool. As a result, the fruit and flavorings are optimally used for winemaking.

Tasting note
Fine pale yellow. Wonderful aromas of ripe apricots, peaches and a hint of vanilla. Very rich and yet fruity on the palate with pleasant acidity. Long aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It is the perfect accompaniment to fried or baked fish or seafood. It is also ideal with oysters and olive paste with fresh bread.
