Tasting note
Fantastic, intense cherry red. Complex aromas of red, well-ripened berries and wild berries, accompanied by balsamic and vanilla flavors. Creamy and soft, with a lovely fruity first impression and medium-bodied, well-balanced tannins. Elegant aftertaste with toast and toasted notes.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with tapas, poultry terrine, grilled red mullet (rouget), scallop skewer, paella, mushroom pan, grilled meat, lamb cutlet, venison specialties, soft cheese, raspberry desserts.
