About the wine
Didier Belondrade is undoubtedly one of the most important white wine makers today Spain's. His famous Belondrade Blanco Fermentado en Barrica has not only the Castilian grape variety Verdejo opens up new perspectives, but also the terroir gave DO Rueda a face. Didier and his winemaker Marta Baquerizo can draw on the full of a good 28 ha and only the very best Process grape quality for the estate's own wines.

Tasting note
Brilliant golden yellow On the nose, elegant roasted aromas with mineral notes and spicy fruits. The palate is full-bodied with a touch of buttered toast and ripe exotic fruits with balanced oak notes. Freshness that, due to its good acidity, gives the wine a remarkable long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with smoked meats, cheeses and barbecues.
Vinification
The berries are harvested separately, vinified separately and then aged on lees for 10 months in new French oak barrels. A selection is then made for the “assemblage”. The entire production is bottled at the same time and remains in the bottle for at least 5 months before it is on the market.
