Unsere Empfehlung: Der Weisswein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 9°-10°C. Im folgenden Zeitraum liegt die ideale Genussphase dieses Weins: Jetzt bis 2017. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Harmoniert perfekt mit Spargeln, Trüffel und Geflügel.
