About the wine
The location Cà del Magro borders the village center of Custoza and has an optimal, south-facing hillside location. The growing area is south of Lake Garda. The climatic influence of Lake Garda brings benefits to the entire area for the vines.
Tasting note
The refreshing aromas of Bianco di Custoza DOC Superiore Ca del Magro of passion fruit, peach and almond express a lot of character with a very unique structure. The fruity nuances of lemon, lime and apple then reveal their own character. Slim body and dominant acidity result in the fruity white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for the white wine is a slightly chilled 10°-12°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase of this wine: 2 - 5 years after harvest.
