About the wine
The grapes grow on very sunny slopes on sandstone and volcanic soils, which contain a high concentration of calcium carbonate and dissolved salts due to thousands of years of weathering, which gives the wine minerality and diverse aromas.

Tasting note
A bright yellow, fruity wine with overwhelmingly intense aromas of apple, quince, vanilla as well as biscuit and toasted bread, along with very fine smoky aspects. On the palate, it shows a nice opening sweetness and impresses with an incredibly soft, full-bodied and harmonious structure as well as a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
A nice aperitif wine and a harmonious accompaniment to lasagna and risotto as well as strong hard and soft cheeses.
