About the wine

After his life as a wine merchant in New York, Andrea Franchetti first founded the Tenuta di Trinoro winery in southeastern Tuscany - others such as Passopisciaro and Sancaba were to follow. Tenuta di Trinoro was already a big hit - even though no wine had been planted here before! The locals shook their heads at first, the critics soon applauded. The vines are now over 25 years old and the wines have an excellent reputation - elegant and erotic wines with style and power, which seduce even when young and mature with dignity! The cultivation follows organic principles without artificial fertilisers and herbicides. World-class!
