About the wine
An excellent Merlot with strong fruit and a wonderful, fine wood aroma. Straight from the Swiss sun lounge to the heart!
Tasting note
A white Merlot of exquisite elegance. The fine wood aroma combines wonderfully with the strong fruit.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with appetizers, white meats, crustaceans, hard cheeses, fish, poultry and smoked salmon. Best enjoyed at a slightly chilled 10°-12°C.
Vinification
A careful selection of excellent Merlot grapes is used to press this wine. After fermentation, the wine is aged for around five months in Troncais, Allier and Nevers oak barriques.
