Tasting note
First impression, a potpourri of black kalamata olives, tobacco, blackberry jam and sour cherries. Full-bodied and complex with almost sweet wild raspberries. The wine skilfully oscillates between elegant tannins and balanced acidity.

Vinification
Am 28 matures for 12 months in used American oak barrels ('hogsheads').
