Amarena cherries on the nose, dark berries, delicately floral, elegant body, blackberry on the palate, very gentle tannins. The cuvée consists of the PIWI varieties Rathay - the extra rich, Rösler - the imposing and St.Laurent - the delicately strung diva. PIWI vines are fungi-resistant varieties for the benefit of the environment. Ageing in large and small wooden barrels for 8-12 months. This red wine Black Betty will convince even the last doubters of such new varieties.
