Wonderful landscapes in Levante give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Juan Gil conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. Tasting note
We are dealing with an extremely powerful wine here. From the glass, rich aromas of ripe dark fruits and berries, fruit pulp, creamy oak and balsamic herbal notes flow into the nose, which fan out into a royal spectrum of aromas. On the palate, then noble, even firm tannins with excellent and well-integrated acidity, the fine wood has been perfectly integrated into the wine, which ensures an excellent balance. The storage potential is enormous. Decant for at least an hour before consumption. However, the wine will increase in complexity over the next few years as a result of further ageing. But drinking a bottle right now is certainly not a crime. We couldn't wait either!!

Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: BLACK LABEL limited edition harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit Ribeye Steak, Pizza mit Pilzen und rotem Fleisch. Unsere Empfehlung: Die ideale Trinktemperatur für den Rotwein liegt bei leicht gekühlten 15°-17°C.
Vinification
The selection and selection of the top wines, and especially the Black Label, is rigorous, which was produced in close cooperation with the winery only for the Swiss market! Only the best sites in Jumilla are eligible and so we have chosen a blend of 40% Monastrell, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Syrah from these grapes. The wine then aged for 22 months in 60% French and 40% American oak, which underlines the exclusivity of this hedonistic wine. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
