About the wine
Easter 2020 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this powerful sparkling wine — Blanc de blancs brut! The winemaker from the Hattingley Valley winery greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this sparkling wine with aperitifs or shellfish.

Tasting note
Bright, golden color with light green reflections and delicate mousseux. The aromas show white peach, yellow apple and citrus fruits with a slight minerality.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, saltwater fish, seafood.
Vinification
100% Chardonnay, harvested by hand. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks and a small part of it (7%) in old oak barrels. After biological acid degradation, the wine is stored on the yeast for 4 years and is bottled with a dosage of 6 g/l.
