About the wine
You can describe the landscape of the Bündner Herrschaft with words such as hilly or mountainous. However, the Swiss winery Weinbau von Salis is trying to express the beauty of its home country with this white wine. We think he succeeded! You will definitely enjoy the delicious Blanc de Noir VdP Suisse, which was produced in 2022.
Tasting note
A berry-fruity, fragrant, light and tasty wine. Fresh and delicate on the palate. Aromatic and soft with a subtle, seductive sweetness at the start and refreshing fine acidity on the finish.

The apéro wine par excellence. Asian dishes go well with Blanc de Noir.
Vinification
The red Pinot Noir grapes are pressed immediately after de-straining and then pressed and aged like white wine in stainless steel tanks. By filtering the color particles, this wine is as white as white wine.
