About the wine
Vinification/ageing: Hand picking, 12 days maceration time, BSA in stainless steel tanks, storage in used barrique Soil: black earth soil with sandy gravelly undersoil. Particularities: Blaufränkisch is an old autochthonous grape variety. Synonyms are Lemberger, Limberger or Kekfrankosch

Tasting note
Bright cherry red with purple hues. On the nose, blackberries, wild berries and herbs. Spicy, grippy on the palate, nice print and length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes perfectly with grilled meat, roasted duck and braised vegetables, as well as cold snacks with sausage and ham.
