About the wine
The winemaker from the Austrian winery Juris-Stiegelmar Axel und Herta has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the picturesque landscape of Burgenland. Tasting note
Dark ruby red with purple hues. On the nose, the dark berry fruit, subtle nuances of nougat and figs. Elegant texture on the palate, fine tannins with black cherries. A nice long finish. Good ripening potential.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty dishes such as roast beef or racks of lamb, as well as mature hard cheese.
