About the wine
Gerhard and Brigitte Pittnauer, also known as Pittis, cultivate around 20 ha of vines (95% red and 5% white) around the municipality of Gols in Burgenland. Gerhard took over the company from his parents in the early 90s and managed, in just a few years, to turn the company from a small no-name company to one of the region's up-and-coming producers. The Pittis have a creative approach to viticulture and its products.

Tasting note
Amber yellow with greenish reflections. Smooth and accessible Fine nutmeg and good spice, irresistibly tasty. A great aromatic beginner to the world of orange wines.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif. A perfect accompaniment to fried zander from Lake Neusiedl or fish stew.
