About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Hispano+Suizas has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful countryside of Levante. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it's this distinctive Bobal 2018 — Bobos Finca Casa La Borracha. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This bobal is ideal for serving with tapas dishes or fried chicken.

Tasting note
Deep dark red with violet shimmer and earthy nuances. A complex range of aromas, a combination of ripe berries with precious wood, surrounded by balsamic toasted notes. Full-bodied, velvety, elegant tannins, well integrated into the structure of fruit and wood, pleasant acidity, wonderful, long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with paella, Catalan-style stuffed squid, St. Peter's fish fillet with chorizo, lamb rack with rosemary, beef fillet with herb butter, manchego, refined goat cheese.
