About the wine
Beautiful and fertile landscapes of the coastal region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the South African winery Boekenhoutskloof conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. The dominant white wine of 2017 — Boekenhoutskloof Patina Chenin Blanc is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this Chenin Blanc with meatballs with tomato sauce or pretzel sticks.

Tasting note
Complex, delicate wine. Fresh and inviting on the nose with aromas of melon, peach and yellow apple, supported by delicate notes of lemon quark, dill, acacia blossoms and vanilla. Round and soft on the palate with aromas of exotic fruits, quince, kumquat, candied lemon and nectarine.
Culinary recommendation
A complex white wine that goes very well with white meat or poultry. It also goes very well with green shrimp curry, tuna sashimi or fried swordfish fillet with wakame.
