Vinification
Tenuta Le Colonne is located in Donoratico, in the province of Livorno, a few steps from the sea. The grape berries have been harvested here for 16 years, where they grow at 150 m above sea level on a volcanic, sandy, muddy loamy soil. The spontaneous vinification of this elegant wine takes place only with autochthonous yeast, the storage takes place in wooden barrels for 12 months. Acidity 5 g/l, dry extract 27.8 g/l.
