About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de la Colombette has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with soft cheese or asparagus.
Tasting note
Colour: soft lemon yellow. Aromas: On the nose, fresh aromas of apple and peach with a slight touch of white flowers. Body: Soft fresh start, juicy acidity, refreshing, present palate aromas that accompany the finish. Quality: A typical classic Chardonnay without alcohol.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif, in non-alcoholic cocktails or with fish, seafood and a light summer breakfast.
