Der Sauvignon Blanc Bosco della Donna vom Familienweingut Borgo Stajnbech, welches von Adriana Marinatto Valento geführt wird, ist jedes Jahr ein Genuss. In der Nase intensiver Duft mit Anklängen von Cassis und Holunderblüten. Diese werden dann im Mund durch Aromen tropischer Früchte und dezenter floraler Nuancen ergänzt. Eine harmonische Säure und ein langanhaltender Abgang machen diesen Sauvignon zum Erlebnis.
Culinary recommendation
Sophisticated starters, shrimp cocktail, vitello tonnato, pasta dishes such as carbonara or lasagna, grilled fish, poultry, white meat and almost all types of cheese.
