With the first-class Bovale Sardegna IGT, which was produced in 2016, you will definitely enjoy it. Sunny and picturesque landscapes in Sardinia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Cantine Su'entu conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
Extremely concentrated, opulent and dense on the nose, blue berries, dried herbs and candy sugar; powerful on the palate, almost oily flowing, not overwhelming despite the heavy body, but still has some freshness and minerality.
Culinary recommendation
It goes with a juicy piece of meat!
Vinification
Deliberately harvested until very ripe and then aged in new barriques for one year.
