Tasting note
The color of this sweet wine is bright purple red; striking, lively mousse with persistent perlage. Lush, aromatic bouquet reminiscent of ripe red fruits and dried roses. Fruity, sweet taste on the palate, tastes deliciously of wild strawberries and well balanced with an invigorating mild acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with strawberry tiramisu.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a constantly controlled temperature. In order to retain the desired residual sweetness, fermentation is interrupted shortly before completion. The brachetto is placed on the bottle under pressure. This is done in batches so as not to distort the freshness and scent of the aromas. The wine is then refined in the bottle for a few more weeks.
