About the wine
A sweet wine with a balanced soul that is immediately understandable thanks to its well-presented, uncomplicated notes. Fabio Perrone proves its skills once again with this Piedmontese Brachetto DOC, which is a product with a young and cheerful face. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest, are mashed at a controlled temperature for one to two days after harvesting. The grapes are then peeled and the must ferments in steel tanks for about two weeks.

Tasting note
A light ruby shade that tends towards pink. The nose is dominated by pleasant and fresh aromas that are reminiscent of small red fruits. On the palate, it is light, lean and fresh, with a balanced sweet component.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pastries and desserts with various ingredients.
