About the wine
The Ricasolis were the first noble family to grow wine in Tuscany. To this day, the noble clan is also one of the most successful producers in the region. Baron Bettino Ricasoli is also considered the inventor of the Chianti Classico recipe, as it still exists today.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red. On the nose, there are aromas of cherries, plums and sweet spices, mixed with light vanilla and leather notes. Powerful and elegant, the palate impresses with its complexity and long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with beef goulash, grilled lamb chops or mature cheeses.
Vinification
Traditionally, in small stainless steel containers. The peel maceration takes 14-16 days at a temperature of 24°C-27°C. Aging for 18 months in large barrels. This is followed by static decantation and bottle aging for at least 3 months.
