You can describe the nature of Valais with words such as hilly or mountainous. However, the Swiss winery Charles Bonvin Fils is trying to express the beauty of its home country with this white wine. We think he succeeded! With the dominant Chasselas 2016 — Brulefer Fendant de Sion, nuances and accents are redefined. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer them chasselas with an aperitif or terrines.
