Tasting note
Clear, medium garnet red. The Brunello di Montalcino impresses with an intense scent of red berries, spices and leather. On the palate, it is dry with fine acidity, present but ripe tannins, compact with a medium body and a spicy long finish. A beautiful classic.
Vinification
Maceration in steel tanks followed by ageing in oak barrels for 30 months.
