Das markante Bukett des Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Ugolforte von schwarzem Pfeffer, Gewürzen und Tabak zeigt aromatische Komplexität und viel Finesse. Die hervorstechenden Nuancen von roter Pflaume, Erdbeere und Feige gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Kräftiger Körper und hervorstechende Säure ergeben den Rotwein, welcher markant mit dominanten Gerbstoffen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
Culinary recommendation
Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: 12-15 Jahre. Flaschenpöstler-Tipp: Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Ugolforte passt hervorragend zu Pizza, Lamm und Rindfleisch.
