About the wine
Do you already know the snappy Sangiovese Brunello di Montalcino DOCG born in 2016? If not, it's time! Fertile and blooming landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Ridolfi conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this Sangiovese with lamb or pasta.
Tasting note
The Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, so to speak, the Brunello di Montalcino DOCG clearly shows the philosophy of Ridolfi. The wine has unparalleled elegance, depth and great drinking flow. Clearly belonging to the traditionalist school, this Brunello impresses with its high tannin quality and complex aromas. The wine is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for 36 months and in the bottle for at least a further 12 months.
