Tasting note
A great Brunello. Pure bouquet, fruit, precious spice and roasted aromas form an extremely harmonious unit. Harmony on the palate too, is achieved thanks to perfectly integrated tannins and a balanced acidity, which is refreshing but not in the foreground. Extremely elegant and yet full-bodied but without the slightest clumsiness.

Vinification
The grapes come from a plot of almost one hectare near Sant'Angelo in Colle, south of Montalcino. The wine is vinified in large oak barrels. French barriques are used for the 24-month aging process, 50% new, 50% in second use.
