For Christian, the Brutal series is the vessel for experiments. It gives the name to the well-known natural wine bar in Barcelona. In 2020, the Pinot Noir berries came from three plots on the lime-rich slopes of Purbach, which matured for one year in large fuder barrels. No filtration, no fining and bottled without sulfur. A wine of wonderful finesse, cool freshness and sensual lightness, in keeping with the character of the sophisticated variety. It is almost raspberry-colored in the glass and stands out with concentrated aromas of this very berry and blackberry. Intense, juicy, spicy with fine, almost silky tannins.
