Pure Cabernet Franc, aged in steel tanks. Ethereal-spicy nose with aromas of sour cherries, cranberries and red plums, plus notes of sweet red pepper from the grill, dried herbs, fine bitter chocolate and a subtle smoky, bacon touch. Showing ripe berry fruit on the palate, again with fine spice, with a noticeable but velvety tannin structure and good length.
