About the wine
With the first-class Cabernet/Merlot, which was produced in 2012, you will definitely enjoy it. The winemaker from the South African winery Eikendal has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny and beautiful landscape of the Coastal Region.

Tasting note
Deep dark red. A dominant bouquet of blackberries and black currants. Character: On the palate, nuances of cassis, the earthy aroma of Cabernet Sauvignon is noticeable. Fine tannins contribute to a sweet and long finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meats, roasts, pasta and cheese.
Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing in French barriques for 12 months.
