Vinification
The vinification took place as follows: The vinification is carried out over a period of two weeks at 25°C in stainless steel silos. The maceration of the grape skin is carried out under careful control to achieve the best expression of these grape varieties. The wine is aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. These barrels are medium roasted, making a very gentle and elegant wine.
