About the wine

ARIEL Vineyards are owned by J. Lohr Vineyards & Wines. The high-quality grapes grow on the renowned Californian Central Coast, distributed between Monterey and Paso Robles. The grape varieties grown there are fermented in a similar way to traditional wines. Some varietal wines are even aged in oak barrels, then refined and filtered. Finally, 99.5% of the alcohol is removed by a cold filtration process. As a result, the traditional characteristics of the wine remain. ARIEL has received great recognition and awards all over the world for its dealcoholized wines.
