About the wine

The “Mister Cabernet” of Napa Valley Chuck Wagner uncompromisingly leads the Caymus winery from peak to peak. The Cabernet Sauvignon is cult and not just for a few years as with the majority of its imitators, but for decades!

Culinary recommendation
It goes well with dark meats, game and strong cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes from each plot are vinified separately. It is aged for 20 months in 90% French oak barrels from various cooperatives with varying degrees of burn.
