About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodegas Breca masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the enchanting and picturesque landscape of the Upper Ebro. This provocative Grenache 2015 — Calatayud DO Brega is a triumph to the last drop in the truest sense of the word! Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or vegetables.
Tasting note
A dark crimson, intense and full-bodied wine with the pure character of the Garnacha grape. The aroma of black berries, complemented by a hint of dried fruit and spicy vanilla notes and rounded off by a wonderfully long finish, inspires the palate.
Culinary recommendation
A nice accompaniment to hearty meat dishes as well as vegetable gratin and mature cheeses.
