With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Feudi di S. Gregorio masters this white wine in the beautiful and picturesque landscape of Campania. This striking Fiano 2015 — Campanaro crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Flaschenpost team tip: Combine this fiano with pasta dishes or seafood.

Tasting note
Straw yellow in color. Complex aromas of pears, grapefruit. Notes of mint, honey and broom. Long lasting reverberation with fine acid play.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fish, marinated chicken and rabbit
Vinification
Made from selected grapes. The gàràrung is carried out in woodfàsser. The wine then remains in wooden barrels for approx. 6 months.
