About the wine

A lush, lively Spaniard - so far so classic. But that doesn't do justice to this Grenache-Syrah cuvée. Berola from Bodegas Borsao is a figurehead of modern Spanish viticulture and a true gold mix!

Tasting note
This black-red cuvée delights with a fruity bouquet of plum and sour cherry, plus some notes of sponge cake and caramel. On the palate, these aromas are accompanied by light berry notes of cassis and blueberry as well as some dried fruit and leathery aspects. The wine is fresh, with pleasant tannins and a very soft, full-bodied and incredibly harmonious body as well as a long-lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef with light sauces and lamb with dark sauces.
