About the wine
Give yourself and your guests a treat for the senses with the delicious Capo Martino Venezia Giulia IGT from 2015! The winemaker from the Italian winery Jermann masteres this white wine with sensitivity and intuition in the fertile and flourishing landscape of Friuli.
Tasting note
The wine is golden yellow in color. The aromas of ripe fruit and dried flowers. The notes of vanilla, banana and hazelnuts. Velvety, harmonious and a long aftertaste on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with sea fish, crustaceans and pasta.
Vinification
Made from traditional white grapes from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. Short maceration of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. Ageing for approx. 12 to 16 months in oak barrels.
