Goes particularly well with lamb stew, beef wellington, red Thai curry or grilled meat

Read by hand. Transport in small boxes. Grapes are cooled down to 5°C on arrival in the cellar. Sorted by hand and then destemmed. This is followed by an 8-day cold maceration at 8°C. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 28-30°C and lasts 14 days. After a further maceration of 10 days, the wine is tapped and aged for 10 months in French oak barriques. 15% of the wine does not go into oak barrels, but is stored in stainless steel tanks.
