About the wine
Picturesque and blooming landscapes in Sardinia give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Giuseppe Sedilesu conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. We have a special, provocative Grenache from 2007 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpost team: This grenache can be served very well with burgers with blue cheese or spicy dishes.
Tasting note
Strong ruby red with slight garnet reflections. It has a long bouquet of special finesse, with hints of vanilla and spices that do not mask the typical sour cherry notes of the grape. The taste is full, soft and incredibly velvety.

Vinification
This wine was spontaneously fermented with autochthonous yeasts: 20-25 days of maceration, gentle squeezing and aging in barriques give it its concentration and powerful spiciness.
