A highlight. Dense and fine perlage. Bright but lively color Fruity bouquet On the palate, the Cartizze from Bortolomiol shows noble restraint, rises slowly in the glass, floral rather than fruity, yeasty, biscuit note, nutty, gives an idea of the calcareous soil, really fine. Certainly one of the most beautiful proseccos!!
