About the wine
A wine like the first ray of sunshine on a mountain peak: clear, fresh and mild. Maturation on the lees makes this Arneis a smooth all-rounder for every occasion.
Tasting note
Intense straw yellow color, scents of fresh fruit and wild flowers, which blend well with the mineral and fresh components of the wine. The taste is full, smooth and long-lasting. The wine is good to drink, even though its large structure still guarantees positive and continuous development over time.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with fried chicken and tapas dishes.
Vinification
Staying time of about six months on the yeasts with stirring up the yeast set (bâtonnage).
