The winemaker from the Italian winery Manincor is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the blooming and picturesque landscape of South Tyrol. We have a special, strong Cabernet Sauvignon from 2014 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. Flaschenpöstler tip: Pair this Cabernet Sauvignon with red meat or ribeye steak.

Tasting note
Die erfrischenden Aromen des Cassiano IGT von Fruchtkompott, Gewürzen und Tabak drücken viel Finesse mit einer ganz besonderen Struktur aus. Im Anschluss zeigen die würzigen Nuancen von schwarzer Kirsche, schwarzer Pflaume und schwarzem Pfeffer ihren eigenen Charakter. Sein dichtes Rubinrot krönt jedes festliche Mal mit Stil und Zauber. Diese Farbe finden Sie in keiner Farbpalette. Ein fruchtiger Rotwein mit kräftigem Körper und dominanter Säure, welcher ausgewogen mit fein ausgebauten Tanninen auf Zunge und im Gaumen seine vielschichtige Struktur entfaltet.
Culinary recommendation
