About the wine
This red wine is pure power and produces a real explosion of sensations. The vineyard “Cau del gat” owes its name to one of the legends of the finca. The farm cat is said to have sought out the peace and strength of this vineyard every time it wanted to give birth to its young. A crianza in modern style, beautifully fresh and fruity, type of favorite wine!

Tasting note
Rich, deep cherry red with purple reflections. On the nose, fresh and full aromas of dark berries with hints of purple flowers, plus hints of spices and herbs. Delicate and pleasant start. Complex, full-bodied, silky and round. Beautifully balanced wine with a fruity finish. Balanced acidity and well-integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with roast beef or veal. It also goes well with marinated grilled meats as well as sheep or goat cheese, blue mold and recent cheeses.
Vinification
Grapes are carefully selected and checked. Cold maceration, fermentation at 25°C in stainless steel tanks, aged for 9 months in French oak.
