About the wine
With the delicious Cava Brut DO, you will positively surprise your guests. Fertile and picturesque landscapes of the Upper Ebro give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Spanish winery Marqués de Cáceres conjures up this sparkling wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Cava is the classic Spanish sparkling wine, produced using the traditional method of bottle fermentation. Bodegas Marqués de Cáceres has recently been producing a cava brut in the Penedès area, a wonderfully fresh frother with extremely fine perlage and subtle aromas reminiscent of fruit trees and white flowers. Thanks to the long ageing period on the yeasts after bottle fermentation, the wine achieves a good harmony between subtle acidity and fine, restrained melt.

Vinification
20% Xarel-lo, 30% Macabeo and 20% Parellada The second fermentation takes place in underground wine cellars followed by a minimum of 11 months of aging.
