Bio
Tasting note
In addition to beautiful gooseberry and pear aromas, the bouquet also features a hint of grass. The body is first dominated by strong acidity, then the fruit emerges and the wine gains volume.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, freshwater fish and pork.
Vinification
A blend of Parellada, Macabeo and Xarello, fermented in steel tanks and aged in bottles for 24 months.
