This powerful Chasselas 2016 — Cave Molondin Mont-sur-Rolle AOC crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this chasselas with cheese platters or terrines.
Tasting note
Bright, brilliant gold, dense color. Ripe and fruity bouquet, pear compote, banana with a nutty nuance, almonds, caramel, subtly mineral, slightly earthy, fine balsamic note. Very long, hearty first drink, delicate acidity, balanced, present palate aromas of ice candy. Light-footed easy to drink — ideal for large invitations with Swiss flair.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, freshwater fish, light meals, fresh pasta with a creamy sauce, fondue or raclette.
