Tasting note
Dense, clear ruby with purple reflections. Intense, ripe and beautifully proportioned fruit aromas on the nose. Reminiscent of plums, cherries and blackberries. Invitingly delicate and juicy on the palate. With a dense texture and soft, well-integrated tannins. Ripe black berry fruit, elegant and tasty. Good length aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
A wine for an evening plate of pasta with the family. Also for the summer barbecue party.
Vinification
The grape varieties are harvested separately, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. This is followed by a short aging in 350 l French oak barriques.
